The Exhibitor Fee is $600 payable by check or Paypal.  The fee includes:

• A booth configuration for a table-top display and two chairs
• Two exhibitor badges (which provide entrance to the exhibit hall, lunch and parking for one vehicle)
• Electrical hook-ups

This year, due to space considerations, we're requesting exhibitors bring table-top displays only.  Should this be a problem, please contact Christina Ridge to resolve any issues. 

Exhibitors will have access to the hall Sunday, January 11th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. to complete their booth set-up and again Monday, October 6th beginning at 6:30 a.m.  Booth location will be assigned by the Exhibitor Coordinator.  Selections will be based on a first paid registration basis.  Click here for directions to the hotel.

If you will be shipping your booth directly to the hotel, please notify us as soon as possible.

No shows will be billed for the cost of the meeting.  Cancellations must be received by 9 a.m. on the day prior to the meeting.  Substitutions will be allowed without penalty.  If you have any questions concerning our cancellation policy, please contact us.
