This year, due to space considerations, we're requesting exhibitors bring table-top displays only. Should this be a problem, please contact Christina Ridge to resolve any issues. Exhibitors will have access to the hall Sunday, January 11th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. to complete their booth set-up and again Monday, October 6th beginning at 6:30 a.m. Booth location will be assigned by the Exhibitor Coordinator. Selections will be based on a first paid registration basis. If you will be shipping your booth directly to the hotel, please notify us as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest and commitment to ensure the success of the conference! Other Questions? Contact Christina Ridge. To make a reservation for the conference event, please complete the following and click Submit: No shows will be billed for the cost of the meeting. Cancellations must be received by 9 a.m. on the day prior to the meeting. Substitutions will be allowed without penalty.
